Job Overview:

HeaLink is seeking healthcare professionals with extensive clinical knowledge in speciality areas and direct experience in patient care. This role is crucial in shaping the clinical aspects of our Healthtech platform, ensuring that our solutions are both clinically sound and user-friendly for healthcare providers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Clinical Workflow Development: Assist in designing and optimizing clinical workflows for HeaLink’s SaaS platform, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and effective for healthcare providers and patients.
  • Integrate best practices in history-taking and clinical assessment into the platform, ensuring that our tools support accurate and efficient patient assessments.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to seamlessly incorporate clinical requirements into the platform’s development.
  • Patient Experience Enhancement: Leverage your experience in clinical practice to provide insights that enhance the platform’s usability and positively impact patient outcomes.
  • Clinical Validation: Participate in the testing and validation of clinical features to ensure they meet the highest standards of care and clinical accuracy 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare practices and integrate them into the ongoing evolution of the platform.


Qualifications:

  • Education: MBBS with MD/MS/Diploma 
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in patient-facing roles and a strong understanding of clinical workflows.

Skills:

  • In-depth clinical knowledge 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with healthcare technology or Healthtech platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
