Straumann Singapore is in search of a resilient and dynamic individual to join our team as the Sales Representative, ClearCorrect. To excel in this role, you must hold the belief that achieving greatness involves reaching objectives and adding value to the organization, rather than adhering strictly to standard job descriptions.

As the ClearCorrect Brand Champion, you will lead our mission to revolutionize the market's perception of ClearCorrect, working closely with the Head of Commercial, SG, Marketing Specialist, T&E Manager, and Clinical Advisor to propel it to new heights. Your primary goal will be to generate case production for the organization.

To thrive in this role, you must possess a mindset and attitude that embraces challenges, conquers mental obstacles, and embodies the underdog spirit. Your fervent passion for innovation and intellectual stimulation, both internally and externally, will be the driving force propelling your success. As you navigate the complexities of the market, your unwavering determination will lead our commercial endeavors to achieve unprecedented success.

However, we understand the need to have an idea what the role entails, so here’s the list of key objectives:

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, SG your key objectives will be: 

Establishes a synergistic effect working with key stakeholders internally. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organisation’s products/Services. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Co-ordinates sales effort with T&E Team, Clinical Advisory Team, Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Customer Services and Logistics. Analyses the territory potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organisation. Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities. Plans and organises personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time investment for the territory. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Therefore, the successful candidate for the Sales Representative, ClearCorrect role must possess the following attributes and qualifications:

Resilience and Dynamism: The candidate should be resilient and dynamic, capable of adapting to challenges and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Clear Communication Skills: Ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers, as well as effectively communicate proposals and quotations.

Collaborative Nature: The candidate should be able to work synergistically with key stakeholders internally, including the T&E Team, Clinical Advisory Team, Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Customer Services, and Logistics.

Analytical Skills: Capability to analyse territory potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.

Strategic Planning: Ability to plan and organize a personal sales strategy, maximizing the Return on Time investment for the assigned territory.

Reporting and Feedback: Capacity to supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Market Awareness: Keeping abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through reading pertinent literature and consulting with relevant departments.

Participation in Events: Willingness to participate in trade shows and conventions to represent the organization and its products/services effectively.

Passion for Digitalization: A genuine enthusiasm for embracing digital tools and technologies in the workplace, recognizing their value in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Deep Interest in Dental Health: A sincere desire to contribute to improving dental health and making a positive impact in the field, demonstrating a genuine passion for the industry.

Proven Sales Success: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating the ability to effectively identify leads, present proposals, and close deals.

Team Player Mentality: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment, cooperating with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals.

Overall, the successful candidate must possess a combination of sales acumen, strategic thinking, effective communication, and a passion for driving success in a competitive market environment.
