  • Partner with sales to develop an end-to-end customer acquisition strategy and the operational marketing plan to execute it.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on engagement, performance, and Return on Marketing Investment metrics.
  • Lead and grow a team of marketing professionals to achieve key business metrics including MQLs, SALs, and closed deals.
  • Be accountable for meeting/exceeding attainment of sales pipeline goals.
  • Frame, forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of revenue marketing activities on sales pipeline and bookings.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end reporting and analytics tools and processes to enable clear, consistent, and frequent communication of goals and success metrics to the broader organization and to ensure accountability across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and cost of acquisition activities, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • Ensure efficient, productive relationship with Sales, with clear alignment on campaign and target account strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in online demand generation for B2B SaaS product companies.
  • A track record of successful lead generation, nurture, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Deep experience in B2B online marketing tactics and marketing tools such as Hubspot, DemandBase, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales for common goals.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and orientation to detail.
  • Comfort managing a balance of day-to-day execution and high-level strategy across multiple disciplines with one common goal.
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
