Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our service-based offerings. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our services to both new and existing customers, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting for leads and engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our services and answering queries.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service details, with the goal of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and provide market insights.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product/service development team to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progression using the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year), particularly in service-based industries such as IT services, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques for selling services.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess customer needs and offer suitable solutions that provide value.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-Focused: A commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.

Good to Have:

  • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in a service-based industry such as IT services, telecommunications, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and service-related platforms.
  • Sales certifications or professional development in sales.
