Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Tour Consultant located in Mumbai. As a Junior Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting senior consultants in developing and organizing tour itineraries, researching and recommending destinations, managing bookings and reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including travel agencies, hotels, and transportation services, to ensure smooth and memorable travel experiences for our clients.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourist attractions
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and other relevant software
  • Ability to craft unique and tailored itineraries that cater to the specific interests, preferences, and desires of travelers is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English and local languages
  • Prior experience only in the travel industry in a similar capacity is a must
