Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in brand management, a strong understanding of market trends, and a passion for developing and implementing effective brand strategies.

Education & Experience:


  • Post-graduation in the Marketing stream is mandatory.
  • Experience of more than 3 years in Marketing handling an FMCG / Consumer Care brand and Trade Marketing.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and market research tools.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Plan and implement 360-degree activities such as promotional activities, online & offline advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing, etc.
  • Understanding of complete ATL, BTL and Digital promotion.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Be well-versed in making presentations based on available data.
  • Handle all customer-specific requests and brand line extension activities, including:
  • Product Development
  • Consumer/Product Testing
  • Packaging
  • Introductory Marketing Support


Agency Handling:

Engage with relevant stakeholders for content to be published on social media

Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
