Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our clients' D2C websites by driving improvements in customer experience, increasing conversions, and staying ahead of the competition through continuous analysis and innovation. You will be at the forefront of developing new e-commerce features that align with our clients' business goals and market trends.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Website Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of D2C websites to identify areas for improvement in user experience, performance, and conversion rates.

- Idea Generation: Develop and propose innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and increase conversions across various digital touchpoints.

- Competitor Analysis: Perform continuous competitor analysis to understand market trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for differentiation.

- Feature Development: Lead the development and implementation of new e-commerce features on clients' websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing.

- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of implemented features and strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.

- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and successes.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing space.

- Proven track record of driving conversions and enhancing customer experience on D2C websites.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including trends, tools, and best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI design, and web development processes is a plus.
