We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI / Data Engineer to lead our client's business intelligence and data analytics team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security in a cloud-based environment.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala for data manipulation and automation.
  • Expertise in data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
  • Expertise in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift.
  • Proficiency in streaming data processing frameworks such as Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis.
  • Proficiency with AWS cloud services, particularly EC2, S3, Glue, Athena, and Redshift.
  • Proven track record of leading BI projects from conception to delivery, meeting business objectives and timelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in an agile process driven team environment.
