Our organisation is excited to announce that we are looking for a reliable
Telemarketing Executive to join our team.
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be promoting the products and
services offered by the company through cold calling, Email and WhatsApp.
In this profile, you should be calling potential customers to generate
leads (i.e. meetings for infield sales team with potential customers). You
should be well versed in convincing the customers for meeting with our infield
sales team. Resolving all the doubts and queries by clients regarding product
details and services are some of the mandatory tasks for this position. You will
be responsible for coordination between infield team and customer to arrange
their meeting.

Responsibilities
• Communicating with the customers via cold calling, Email and WhatsApp
marketing.
• Explaining the products and services to the customers.
• Explaining script to customer with all information required to understand
the products.
• Understanding customer requirements and doubts and forward them to
Manager.
• Reporting daily potential leads to the Sales Manager through excel or
CRM.
• Daily work progress reporting to Sales Manager
• Following up with the customers.
• Answering prospective customer’s calls as and when required.
• Preparing the daily lead reports and submit to team manager.
• Updating customer database in company’s CRM with all the required
information for future use.
• Achieving potential leads targets for the organisation

Requirements
• Graduate in any specialisation or high school diploma.
• Calm and patient individual with good voice over call is very important
skill required for this position.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi).
• Proficient in WhatsApp, Email communication.
• Excellent convincing and attracting communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer’s requirements in a professional manner.
