About Us:
We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. If you have prior experience in recruitment and possess a proven ability to close positions efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Position Closures: Ensure timely closure of open positions by identifying and hiring top talent that aligns with company goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 0-6 months of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
- Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and close positions effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive Approach: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
