Role Overview: We are looking for a Lead- MarTech who can turn marketing technology into a strategic advantage— optimizing tools, driving data-driven campaigns, and creating personalized experiences that truly engage customers while maximizing ROI. Key Responsibilities: • Optimize Our MarTech Stack- Own and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem—CRMs, automation platforms, analytics tools—ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently. • Drive Data-Driven Decisions- Turn data into insights by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaigns to boost engagement and ROI. • Supercharge Campaigns with Automation- Use personalization, segmentation, and automation to make every marketing campaign smarter and more impactful. • Integrate & Innovate- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tools, explore new MarTech solutions, and keep us ahead of the curve. • Ensure Compliance & Security- Make sure all marketing technologies and campaigns comply with data privacy standards and best practices. • Empower the Team- Train and support marketing colleagues to leverage tools effectively, turning tech into a growth engine. What You’ll Bring: • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing operations, or marketing analytics. • Experienced in CRM platforms (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and analytics/campaign tools (Clevertap, Google Analytics, Power BI). • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign management, and lead nurturing. • Basic SQL, API integrations, and familiarity with data management platforms (DMPs/CDPs) a plus. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
