Job Title: HR Lead


Job Overview:

As an HR Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. Your primary responsibility is to create and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, foster a positive work culture, and support employee growth and development. You will lead a team of HR professionals, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Experience required- 5-7years


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Planning:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and contribute to workforce planning.


Talent Acquisition:


  • Hands on Sourcing, Screening, scheduling the interviews and onboarding processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies and partnerships.


Employee Relations:


  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and morale.


Performance Management:


  • Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance.
  • Work with managers to provide guidance on performance improvement plans and talent development.


Training and Development:


  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the training department to develop programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning.


Compensation and Benefits:


  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.


HR Compliance:


  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance with HR records.


HR Analytics and Reporting:


  • Utilize HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key HR metrics.


Employee Wellness and Wellbeing:


  • Develop and implement programs that support employee health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create a healthy and supportive work environment.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a track record of strategic HR planning and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office suite.
