Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales and profitability of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development within the ITES or related industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Generate Leads:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach out to prospective clients through various channels.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Initiate contact and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services aligned with client expectations.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
- Offer insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the ITES industry or similar sectors.
- Strong Strategic Planning and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Relevant certifications in Business Development or Consumer Engagement
