We are looking for Salesforce Scrum Master in Chennai


Job Title: Salesforce Scrum Master

Work Experience: 9-14 yrs

Work Mode: WFO (5 days)

Job Location: Chennai


Job Description:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a digital interactive environment.

Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects.


Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.


Skills:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
