Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer role located in Greater Delhi with flexibility for some remote work.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
  • Lead a team of engineers and work on multiple projects at a time
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of our AI initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI systems and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to build tailored AI solutions.
  • Research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Optimize existing AI systems for performance and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Computer Science and Software Development
  • 2-5 years of experience in software development with exposure to AI
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or C++
  • Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of linear algebra and calculus
  • Experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.


Good to have

  • Experience in making LLM applications with Langchain/Llama Index
  • Experience in fine-tuning Language models for a business use case
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
