Job Description
(Artificial Intelligence Engineer - 2-3 yrs Experience with Specialization in Prompt Engineering)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer with a robust background in prompt engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and the nuances of designing effective prompts for AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and evaluate advanced AI models using the latest in machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures (AI solutions).Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies into our products and services.Design and optimize prompts for various AI applications, ensuring high-quality outputs and user interactions.Analyze and improve the performance of AI models through rigorous testing and prompt tuning.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning technologies, and prompt engineering techniques.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on best practices in AI development and prompt engineering.Work on the entire AI application lifecycle from research and experimentation to deployment and optimization.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AI development, with a specific focus on neural networks and machine learning algorithms.Proven expertise in prompt engineering with demonstrated ability to craft and optimize prompts for diverse AI applications.Hands-on experience with Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies and techniques.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in understanding and coding complex algorithms and statistical models.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Personal Attributes:Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.Eagerness to learn, expand skills, and adapt to new technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.Organized, self-driven, and efficient in meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large language models like GPT-3 or BERT.Experience in developing AI solutions in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
