Works directly with customers. Open to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements. Drives improvements in product quality. Consult with Customers on the complex use of Oracle products. Achieves knowledge transfer through the development and delivery of training, knowledge sessions, mentoring, etc. Creates /reviews Knowledge Articles. Analyzes workload determines best practices and implements changes to improve productivity.
