Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SEO Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives to drive sustainable organic growth.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly implemented across all platforms.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights to assess the performance of SEO efforts and recommend improvements.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research, test, and apply the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Mentor and Train: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SEO team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and improvement.
  • Client Consultation: Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored SEO recommendations that help meet those objectives.
  • Technical SEO Expertise: Lead technical SEO audits and ensure best practices are applied to site architecture, mobile optimization, page speed, URL structure, and more.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, measure, and report on key SEO performance metrics; communicate findings and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.


Candidates must have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in SEO strategy development and execution, with a proven ability to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Strong knowledge of technical SEO concepts, including website audits, on-page optimization, and site structure.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven experience in leading projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that optimize SEO performance.
  • Creative Problem Solver: The ability to think creatively and strategically, finding innovative solutions to SEO challenges and identifying new opportunities.


Working Hours and Days:

  • Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
  • Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
