Role Overview:The Junior SEO Executive will support the digital marketing team at Optiminastic by assisting in the implementation and optimization of SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for search engine optimization, and the ability to stay updated with evolving industry trends. The Junior SEO Executive will work closely with senior team members to ensure successful execution of SEO campaigns.

What we are looking for:Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy Implementation:Assist in performing keyword research to identify target terms and opportunities for optimization.Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search rankings.Support link-building initiatives by identifying opportunities for backlinks and outreach.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.Provide regular reports on website traffic, rankings, and key SEO performance indicators.

Content Collaboration:Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into blogs, web pages, and other digital assets.Identify content gaps and propose strategies to enhance website authority and relevance.

Trend Awareness & Research:Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

2 years of experience in SEO.Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure from an SEO perspective is a plus.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Meticulous attention to detail when implementing SEO strategies.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn from senior team members.Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
