Pure Cube Design Studio, a passionate design firm based in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. We specialize in creating innovative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial clients, and are looking for a talented individual to play a key role in shaping the future of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design process for assigned projects, from initial client meetings to construction documentation.
  • Develop and present creative and functional design concepts, ensuring client satisfaction and project goals are met.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, utilizing strong time management skills.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers within the team.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and details.
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Conduct research on design trends, materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
  • Participate in client presentations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks and proactively identify solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred), or a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a reputable architectural firm.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing architectural projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, space planning, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
  • Expertise in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
