Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing and Designing: Lead the review and design of architectural and engineering plans, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
  2. Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all architectural plans adhere to governmental health and safety regulations, providing a safe and secure environment for end-users.
  3. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
  4. Supervision: Oversee and monitor the work of other Architects, offering recommendations and scheduling workshops as needed to foster professional growth and maintain project quality.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with subcontractors such as builders, plumbers, and electricians, offering guidance and interpreting design specifications to ensure precise execution.
  6. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to address concerns promptly, ensuring that project requirements are met and that their vision is translated into reality.
  7. Team Alignment: Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring that the team works cohesively to achieve set goals and targets.
  8. Mentoring: Act as a mentor to junior Architects, guiding them in refining their design skills and enhancing their industry knowledge.
  9. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, allowing for innovative solutions and the exchange of ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) or equivalent degree.
