The Operations Coordinator is a crucial member of our operations team, responsible for managing daily workflows, coordinating logistics for tours and client bookings, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth and efficient customer service delivery. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure all client itineraries and bookings are executed without issuesCoordinating with internal departments, travel partners, and external vendors to manage logistics and resolve operational challengesProviding detailed administrative support such as maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, processing documentation, and handling travel confirmationsResponding to queries from clients and staff professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction and timely solutionsMonitoring operational procedures and continuously identifying process improvements to enhance organizational productivity and service deliverySupporting the team in managing emergency requests, scheduling changes, and last-minute client requirements with composure and efficiencyPreparing daily and weekly reports for management on operational metrics and client feedbackQualificationsMinimum Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience within the travel and tourism industryEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline (preferred)Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with keen attention to detailCommunication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills tailored to effective interaction with both clients and internal teamsOperations Management: Demonstrable experience in coordinating and streamlining business processesCustomer Service: Proactive approach to managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfactionAdministration: Experience managing operational records, schedules, and logistical requirements independentlyMultitasking: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel platforms, vendor negotiation, and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus
