Key Responsibilities:

Product Setup & Integration:

  • Lead the setup of products on Creativehub, ensuring accurate specifications and seamless integration with Shopify.
  • Oversee the import of products from Creativehub to Shopify, meticulously ensuring accuracy in SKUs, variants, and product details.

Countdown & Landing Pages:

  • Design and implement countdown pages for timed drops, adhering strictly to our design guidelines.
  • Manage the creation of landing pages for timed drops, optimizing for both mobile and desktop experiences, while ensuring seamless transitions from pre-launch to live sale phases.

Email Capture Campaigns:

  • Create and set up email capture pages, optimizing for conversion and seamless Shopify integration.
  • Ensure that all campaign pages are structured to maximize email subscriber acquisition and follow best practices for engagement.
  • Design Consistency & Adherence:
  • Enforce strict adherence to our web design guidelines, ensuring that all Shopify setups maintain consistency with our brand’s UX/UI principles.
  • Continuously refine page layouts to optimize user experience and conversion rates, ensuring that the setup aligns with the needs of both clients and their audience.

Project Management:

  • Manage timelines across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Act as the liaison between Account Handlers and internal teams to ensure all tasks related to Shopify page setup are completed efficiently.

Client Communication & Onboarding:

  • Provide expert guidance and training for clients, assisting with onboarding them to Shopify and ensuring they understand the processes involved.
  • Manage client expectations through clear communication, ensuring that all feedback is integrated into project setups efficiently.

Internal Coordination & Process Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and Account Handlers, to align on project specifications and resolve any issues that arise during the setup process.
  • Lead the development and refinement of processes, ensuring that all setup activities are conducted according to best practices and in adherence to internal checklists.

Leadership & Team Oversight:

  • Set up processes for Shopify page creation and optimization, driving consistency and quality across all setups.
  • Lead and mentor a team, managing workflows across multiple client accounts and ensuring that strict deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to best practices and meet high performance standards.



Skills & Experience:

Shopify Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Shopify product setups, including product uploads, landing page design, countdown page creation, and email campaign integrations.

Web Design & UX/UI Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of web design principles, with a strong understanding of how to create high-conversion landing pages and optimize for user experience.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring all phases are executed with precision.

Client Engagement: Experience in working directly with clients, handling onboarding, and providing continuous support throughout their campaign lifecycle.

Process-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on following and improving processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Leadership: Experience leading teams, setting up processes, and managing page setup workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high standard of quality.
