2. About the Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Robotics STEM Manager to join our growing team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the STEM education landscape and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Key Qualifications:

  • A pleasant and approachable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Foundational knowledge across all six STEM categories (robotics, AI/ML, coding, electronics, gaming/animation, and design thinking).
  • Mastery in at least one of the above STEM domains.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

As a Robotics STEM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of NexTech Minds. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of subject matter experts, faculties, and interns.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with management to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Curriculum Development: Coordinating with SMEs to finalize engaging and effective curriculums for schools and colleges.
  • Quality Assurance: Overseeing the delivery of curriculum in schools and ensuring high-quality instruction.
  • Operations Management: Handling daily operations, including faculty scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with school management, coordinators, and corporate partners.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving technical and professional challenges faced by the team.
