Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our KPHB office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone and chat.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding delivery time line of service products, updates on pricing of service watches , update on service schedule
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain solutions and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Basic Computer Skills:
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office

Education & Experience:

  • Intermediate Pass is Minimum requirement ,
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of the industry or product/service offerings is a bonus.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Work Environment: Office-based at KPHB, Hyderabad.
  • Occasional Weekend Shifts may be required based on business needs.
