Role Overview: We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented D2C Growth planner to drive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing and a deep understanding of leveraging digital channels to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meta Ads Expertise:
  • Proficiency in managing Meta (Facebook) Ads, including Advantage Shopping Ads, carousel ads, remarketing campaigns, lookalike audiences, and custom audience creation.
  • Google Ads Mastery:
  • Experience in Google Ads, particularly in Performance Max campaigns and linking with Merchant Center for automated Shopping Ads.
  • Google Analytics Proficiency:
  • Knowledge of implementing and utilizing Google Analytics 4.0 to measure sales metrics, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Affiliates Management:
  • Ability to strategize and execute Cost Per Sale (CPS), Cost Per View (CPV), and Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM) ads through affiliate networks.
  • Criteo Advertising:
  • Proficiency in running campaigns on Criteo and establishing partnerships with platforms for open internet marketing.
  • Shopify Expertise:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify, including setup, optimization, and integration with various marketing tools and platforms.
  • Automation Tools:
  • Experience with automation marketing tools like Clevertap or similar platforms to streamline campaigns, personalize customer experiences, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • WhatsApp Marketing:
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with customers effectively.


  • International Marketing Experience:
  • Proven success in running campaigns in international markets such as USA, Canada, UAE, etc. Understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
  • Additional Skills (Good to Have):
  • Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, E-Grocery Ads, Quick Commerce, and other emerging digital advertising platforms.
