Experience: 7–10 yearsContract Duration: 2–3 months (with possible extension)Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (flexible)About the RoleWe’re looking for experienced Voice / Telephony Integration Engineers to help enhancethe Aisera Voice offering with advanced Cisco Webex and contact center capabilities.You’ll work on real-time voice systems, SIP signaling, and integration with call centerworkflows—adding features, ensuring compatibility, and improving performance.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement Cisco Webex Voice features:Transfer callback with call historyIVR channel configuration compatibilitySilero VAD compatibility with MULAW audioAutomate BYOVA datasource managementAdd DTMF supportRetrieve integration info from tenant-server (not direct DB)Implement health check / status monitoringIntegrate with SIP / AudioCodes / call center workflowsUnderstand existing Aisera codebase and rapidly build featuresCollaborate with small cross-functional team (2–3 engineers)Required Skills & Experience7–10 years in Voice / Telephony / UC / Contact Center engineeringStrong knowledge of SIP, RTP, DTMF, codecs (MULAW, G.711)Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Voice / Contact CenterFamiliarity with AudioCodes, IVR, call routing, and callback workflowsStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and integration skillsProgramming / scripting (Python, Java, or similar)Able to understand and extend existing codebasesGood to HaveExposure to Silero VAD, BYOVA, or Voice Analytics systemsExperience with CPaaS / Voice-as-a-Service platformsCisco voice certificationsWhy Join?Short-term, high-impact project with a leading AI-driven voice platformOpportunity to shape next-generation enterprise voice features
