Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to oversee and optimize our production processes in quartz stone manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the quartz, ceramic, or related industries. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, maintaining high-quality standards, and continuously improving production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the production floor to ensure efficient and smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and new technologies.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications by developing and maintaining quality control procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve any quality issues or defects in the production process.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on production performance, equipment maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Document all procedures and ensure proper record-keeping for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the quartz stone or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and production processes.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with automated production systems and equipment in the stone manufacturing industry.
