Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in Engineering Design, Manufacturing, and Product Development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record of successfully managing high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering design solutions that meet stringent client specifications and timelines.


Job Experience- Ideal Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of similar experience


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead strategic mechanical design projects for multinational clients, ensuring adherence to specifications, industry standards, and project timelines.
  • Design and develop manufacturing models and engineering drawings for various types of rotating machines, consumer electrical appliances.
  • Create and maintain General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) and Bill of Materials (BOM) tables while applying a strong understanding of GD&T principles.
  • Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, review material data, and complete BOMs for machine components prior to production release.
  • Utilize engineering software tools such as CAD and SAP to manage design documentation, Techdocs, and BOM creation for finalized orders.
  • Contribute to R&D projects focused on sheet metal design, welding, casting/forging, and structural design, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of complex engineering drawings.
  • Conduct reverse engineering to design manufacturing models and perform tolerance stack-up analysis to meet design and manufacturing requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product engineers, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to configure design-driven solutions.
  • Resolve project queries, provide critical insights to project leaders, and foster team collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
