Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and profitability of the company's portfolio of commercial and heavy vehicle brands. Align business objectives with corporate goals to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Brand Management: Oversee the management and development of more than five brands within the commercial and heavy vehicle segments. Ensure each brand's strategy is effectively executed and aligned with market needs and company objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and productivity across all brands. Implement best practices in manufacturing, distribution, and customer service to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and capture new market opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications:
