Sugar.fit is a leading diabetes reversal and management company. Our offline Diabetes Reversal Centres offer consumers comprehensive services including doctor consultations, access to well-crafted fitness and yoga studios, and state-of-the-art diabetic stress therapies such as VR chromotherapy and music therapy. We are committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health and reverse the effects of diabetes through evidence-based interventions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead our offline Diabetes Reversal Centres and drive revenue growth, footfall, conversion rates, and hyperlocal marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with experience in establishing and scaling small to medium clinic setups. They will be responsible for managing the P&L, controlling costs, and scaling the business by opening new centres across tier 1 and tier 2 cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to scale revenue and drive high footfall at Sugar.fit Diabetes Reversal Centres.
- Oversee all aspects of centre operations, including doctor consultations, fitness and yoga studios, and diabetic stress therapy offerings.
- Drive hyperlocal marketing efforts to increase awareness and attract new customers to the centres.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to drive footfall and conversions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local influencers to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, footfall, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Own the P&L for the Diabetes Reversal Centres, manage costs, and optimize financial performance.
- Lead the expansion strategy by identifying suitable locations for new centres, negotiating leases, and overseeing the setup process.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare management and diabetes reversal therapies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of establishing and scaling small to medium clinic setups.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and patient care best practices.
- Experience in hyperlocal marketing and driving footfall for healthcare facilities.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving financial performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Location:
This position is based at our headquarters in Bangalore, with frequent travel to oversee Diabetes Reversal Centres across tier 1 and tier 2 cities.
