Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

This remote role is a full-time position and open to interested applicants located in India. Ideally you will have a strong background in finance/accounting, keen sense on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central technology and excellent English communication skills.
TEKenable require a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant for its expanding Dynamics 365 ERP delivery practice. This function also interacts with our other teams for project delivery, quality assurance and business as usual (BAU) support teams.

Extensive experience in legacy systems integration and we offer licensing and Azure cloud as Managed Services.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a functional consultant understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution.
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation.
- Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues.
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications.
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained.
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications.
Experience:
- Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision (NAV etc.) implementation experience. (essential)
- Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels.
- Excellent English, written and Oral.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
Education:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in Business or IT advantageous but not essential;
- Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.

- Azure / Cloud concepts Knowledge
