Job Description: Marketing Professional

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, results-oriented, and driven Marketing Professional to lead our marketing efforts and position our home brands as the go-to solution in the food and beverage industry. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Development

1)    Design and implement innovative marketing strategies across Modern Trade, E-commerce, Q-commerce and General Trade to support product launches and brand growth.

2)    Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

Integrated Campaign Execution

1)    Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital platforms, social media, print, and in-person events.

2)    Develop and oversee engaging, high-quality content tailored to different audiences and channels (websites, social media, email marketing, etc.).

Data-Driven Insights and Optimization

1)    Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools.

2)    Leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Alignment

1)    Partner with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product offerings and market needs.

2)    Work closely with sales and distribution teams to support their objectives and maintain alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

External Partnerships and Industry Awareness

1)    Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and other external partners to support marketing activities.

2)    Stay updated on industry developments, consumer trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.

Role Requirements

1)    Experience: Minimum 7+ years in a marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry or FMCG.

2)    Campaign Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

3)    Digital Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content creation strategies.

4)    Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform decisions.

5)    Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and deliver compelling, on-brand marketing content.

6)    Project Management: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

7)    Team Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
