Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Individual Contributor and experienced in B2B HoReCa Sales Manager to join Ashpveda team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be experienced from similar sales channel and responsible for driving sales growth, managing and expanding client relationships. The Manger will be responsible for acquiring new partners through various lead identification sources. Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities. Leads new business through:

1. HoReCa - for toiletries 

2. HoReCa - oils for spas and toiletries for common areas

3. Gifting - Corporate, wedding, etc.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the HORECA market, increase market share, and achieve sales targets. 
  • Develop relationships with potential clients, conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to institutional clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Driving sales growth,managing and expanding client relationships,and leading the sales to penetrate the HoReCa market. 
  • Experience of 4-5 years minimum is required in the same industry. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.


Position Type: Hybrid

Salary Range: 7LPA to 9LPA
