Position: HR Manager


Location: Ahmedabad Office


Shift Timings: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (We plan to transition to earlier hours in the near future)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.


Responsibilities:


- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. While detailed knowledge of the RCM industry is not required, familiarity with different positions within the field is beneficial.


- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and labor laws.


-Employee Relations: Spearhead employee relations initiatives, encompassing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and fostering employee engagement activities to enhance morale and productivity.


- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, conduct performance appraisals, and identify areas for improvement.


- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skill sets and promote career growth.


- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave management systems, and oversee payroll processing.

- Fixed Salary: Competitive fixed salary as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Requirements:


- Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the RCM Medical Billing or EHR Companies.


- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. Familiarity with different positions within the healthcare revenue cycle management industry is advantageous.


- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.


- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address HR issues effectively.


- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation and processes.
