Job Responsibilities

  • High-risk and/or high-complexity modules and establish patterns & practices for the team to follow with IM Distribution Leads, Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners to establish requirements and to implement overall project plan & solution design with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations and ensure adherence to standards & guidelines and on-time delivery of team deliverables
  • Analysis, High Level Design/Architecture, and a direction for the project new frameworks, solutions, tools, techniques, and best practices to improve team productivity and implementation of new stories and bug fixes thorough design and code reviews and support code deployments/post go-live activities root cause analysis & corrective measures on defects/issues identified technical direction and coaching to software developers in application development activities to all Organizational & IT policies/processes for software development and project management apply, promote, and contribute to the delivery methodologies, standards, and tools innovative technology trends and apply them in appropriate scenarios to deliver value to Team, Customer and Organization
  • Project Manager for successful execution of the project (estimation, dependency identification, reviews, customer satisfaction, etc.) the Technical/Project Manager identify and allocate the right resources, considering the project needs, skill set and aptitude of the resources to Organizational knowledge base thus bringing in reusability and reducing operational cost


Requirements and Qualifications

  • years of overall IT experience with hands-on experience in coding and designing applications
  • years of experience in Salesforce, SQL Server development. to any of these technologies would be good to have: ADF, Snowflake, Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI, Workato.
  • years of experience working as a Senior Developer or any similar role with capability and an ardent desire to be in an Agile environment
  • years of Investment Management domain exposure, Sales and Distribution knowledge would be a bonus understanding of design patterns, practices, and concepts with ability to implement appropriate technology solutions on with coding, unit testing and production issue troubleshooting in designing UI solutions for Business Intelligence with Visual Studio Code, SQL Management Studio and GIT/TFS (Team Foundation Server)
  • working as a direct point of contact with the business and/or key stakeholders
  • working in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • verbal & written communication skills with strong interpersonal & influencing skills and ability to effect change in a matrix managed organization of Azure Cloud platform is needed.
  • SSRS, Tidal knowledge is nice-to-have in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint
