- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and address data-related queries from team members promptly.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges, creating data-driven strategies.

- Present data findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in an understandable way.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, incorporating them into our processes.

- Help improve our data systems, tools, and processes continuously.

- Support data governance efforts, ensuring data privacy and security standards compliance.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages like SQL, Python, R, or similar.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
