Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team for SalesPanda. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development, growth, and innovation of SalesPanda. This role requires a strong background in SaaS products, along with expertise in AI and Machine Learning. You will be responsible for identifying new use cases around AI, expanding SalesPanda market reach, and ensuring the product’s continued success in new geographies and verticals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product strategy and roadmap for SalesPanda, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
  • AI Use Case Research: Research and identify new use cases for SalesPanda, especially around the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance product offerings.
  • Market Expansion: Drive the product’s growth into new markets and geographies, ensuring successful product-market fit and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Product Innovation: Be proactive in making small pivots and proof of concepts (PoCs) for new product features or versions to enhance product-market fit.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Gather customer feedback and analyze user data to continuously improve and optimize the product for different customer segments.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to make informed decisions on product features, improvements, and roadmap prioritization.
  • SDLC Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and efficient delivery of product features and updates.


Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS-based product environment.
  • Technical Background: A strong background in technology (B.Tech, BSc in Science, Maths, or a related field) with a deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and their applications in SaaS products.
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI (Gen AI), machine learning models, and their potential for product enhancement.
  • SDLC Understanding: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including agile methodologies.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to assess and interpret data to drive product decisions.
  • Growth Mindset: Ability to drive the growth of the product in new markets and geographies, adapting to diverse business environments.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with iterating the product through small pivots and proof of concepts based on market feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
