About the Role:
As an Associate Product Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of myPaisaa’s products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch features that align with user needs and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, user-focused, and eager to make an impact in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in defining the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver new features.
Conduct market research and user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to refine existing features.
Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain a strong focus on user trust and data security.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields (experience in fintech is a plus).
Strong understanding of agile development processes and tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Passion for financial technology and a keen interest in understanding user needs.
