Objective of the Role

Shadow a Senior Corporate Relations & Career Services (CCS) Lead by assisting in establishing a new base of corporates and maintaining relationships with the current ones


Key Responsibilities

 Undertake market research to identify potential corporates that can be added to our portfolio

 Lead Generation- generate confirmed leads by cold calling, networking, social media and re-establish first level of contact with the potential corporates  Interface with the corporates, while making sure that our brand is showcased appropriately through the interactions

 Develop and maintain the database of corporates/placement POCs / CXOs / CHROs

 Coordinate the organization of campus recruitment process for full time positions and summer internships

 Assist and organize campus engagement activities like leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, etc.

 Stay abreast of industry/economic developments in order to enhance the effectiveness of Outreach efforts

 Work with other key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve larger institutional objectives

 Develop an understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomes

Qualifications

 4- 8 years of experience in a similar capacity

 Prospective candidate must have Sales orientation

 Excellent organizational and administrative skills with experience of working as a team

 Excellent quantitative, analytical communication and problem-solving skills. Good at working with Microsoft excel, power point presentation, tableau

 Ability to meet targets assigned with a keen eye on planning, managing and execution

 Well networked in the corporate HR and Corporate community.

 Proactive, enthusiastic, positive attitude & pleasing personality with strong analytical skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, presentation skills

 High level of integrity and strong inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
