This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at TAC Security's New Delhi office. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, providing customer service, and implementing sales initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media updates that resonate with our target audience and showcase our expertise in cybersecurity.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects, and manage the lead nurturing process through various marketing channels.
  • Brand Promotion: Enhance TAC Security’s brand presence through consistent messaging, brand positioning, and creative marketing tactics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and product offerings.
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote TAC Security’s products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
