The candidate must be from Lucknow only.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and organize records of events, contracts, invoices, and communications.
  • Systematically manage both physical and digital data.


2. Budget Management and Administrative Support:

  • Track and monitor event and administrative expenses.
  • Assist in budget preparation and office operation management.
  • Oversee daily administrative office operations.


3. Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective internal communication within the team and departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes.
  • Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring back-office support.


4. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on administrative KPIs and event support.
  • Analyze data for insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare and present reports on administrative activities and financial status.


5. Website / Social Media Management:

  • Create and execute social media strategies for various platforms.
  • Schedule and publish posts, engage with followers and monitor channels.
  • Track and improve social media performance.
  • Monitor website performance, and security, and address issues promptly.


6. Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment and maintain candidate records.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and maintain employee records.


7. Reporting to the Managing Director:

  • Align activities with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee strategic projects and provide regular updates.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure team coordination and collaboration on projects.
  • Support team performance evaluation and development.


8. Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Maintain high governance standards in reporting activities.


9. HBN Events' IP Lucknow Health Run:

  • Develop event concepts, goals, and timelines.
  • Plan and manage event budgets and secure venues.
  • Implement marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
  • Manage participant registration and communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors and obtain necessary permits.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers and lead the event team.
  • Oversee on-site activities and manage stakeholders.


Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MIS reports.
  • Candidates should be from Lucknow only
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including travel, conferences, and appointments.
  • Answer and direct calls, open, sort, and distribute emails and communications.
  • Read, analyze, and shortlist submissions, reports, memos, and agendas.
  • Prepare reports, and collect and analyze information.
  • Record meeting discussions and minutes.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment.


Position: Back Office, Marketing Management, and Admin Head

Salary: INR 3,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum (As per Last Salary)

Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time

Bond: Minimum one-year commitment required
