Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Global Operations Position Control Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and will be adept at trade life cycle management, reconciliation, and trade settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Controls & Process Management:
  • Complete and evolve controls and processes in line with team and Firm requirements.
  • Produce high-quality outputs and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Provide accurate and timely escalations to the line manager.
  • Demonstrate accountability for issues within control processes.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure effective resolution.
  • Change Agenda & Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement improvements to the control framework.
  • Resolve issues through root cause analysis and deliver projects as per agreed deliverables.
  • Reporting:
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of client outputs and management information.
  • Produce metrics, stakeholder packs, and maintain reporting quality.
  • Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile internal systems to ensure data accuracy throughout the trade life cycle.
  • Complete daily/monthly proof and control reports, investigate exceptions, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Maintain and review procedures to ensure compliance.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in trade life cycle management, reconciliation, and trade settlements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with control frameworks and reporting standards.
