Job Description:Synergetics is seeking Learning Solutions - Account Manager, the ideal candidate will be one who focuses on achieving the quota by growing revenue in existing customers as well as penetrating new accounts and geography. to meet the growing demand for Emerging Technology Learning Solutions around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you have a passion for learning and can communicate technical concepts to audiences at different stages, we'd like to speak with you. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. He/she should be able to understand how the IT skilling plans of Enterprises will adopt to new technologies getting introduced. The Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast- paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication and presentation skills. He/she should be Techno savvy.
Here's your chance to work as an Account Manager with our Learning Solutions team. This is a highly visible position with significant customer impact.
In this role, you will work closely with our customers to learning solutions that will drive adoption and usage of emerging technology. You will assist customers to understand their Pain points / Challenges, develop detailed Learning Solutions proposals and manage the flawless execution of training plans. This is a great opportunity to combine your passion for business development, learning and technology.
Responsibilities:· Business Development responsible for growing sales on Learning Solutions and contents Development.
· Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative client relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Director / CIO levels.
· Own and Drive Booking and Revenue and Margins for PAN India and International Market
· Create & Manage Database of prospects and leads, establish connects
· Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
· Run the Sales campaigns in all T1 and T2 Cities
· Develop and execute according to a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers and geography.
· Analyse sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
· A strong business management background including strengths across technology consulting, sales, business development
· Driving net new business in untapped customers and geographies.
· Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
· Conduct training needs assessments with customers.
· Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Emerging Technologies as well as best practices implementations.
· Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers.
· Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of Emerging technologies
· Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
· Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates.
· Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.
· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Learning Services.
· Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
· When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
· Execution of effective Sales Campaigns
Qualifications:· BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable)
· 2+ years in IT Solution sales.
· 1-3 yrs in Sales Management.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· Decent emerging technology orientation
· Good presentation, interpersonal and selling skills
· Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.
· Must be target driven. Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment
· Ability of handle workload and work pressure
· Willingness to travel
