Role – Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cold calling to engage potential clients and generate leads
Understand and adapt to the product offerings, communicating them effectively to clients
Demonstrate persistence in following up with leads and achieving set targets
Schedule demos for potential clients by coordinating with the internal team
Keep internal teams updated with lead status, ensuring timely communication and coordination
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow ups (experience with CRMs is a plus) Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in a client acquisition or Tele-calling role
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus)
Experience in the BFSI sector is a plus
Proactive, adaptable, and persistent in nature with a strong ability to learn quickly
