Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Web Developer who is passionate about leading a team to success. As a key member of our development team, you will not only contribute your expertise in PHP development but also take on leadership responsibilities to guide and inspire your team to deliver top-notch solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of talented PHP developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster growth and productivity.
  • Collaborate with project manager, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Architect, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain PHP-based solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in PHP development and web technology.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field[Other garduates are also welcome if they have sufficient experience].
  • Proven experience (3 to 5+ years) in PHP web development with strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the developer community.
