5) Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving growth in our real estate business.

6) Key Responsibilities

a) Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

b) Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.

c) Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

d) Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

e) Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

f) Training and Development:

  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

g) Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

h) Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

7) Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the real estate industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

8) Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
