5) Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving growth in our real estate business.
6) Key Responsibilities
a) Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
b) Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
c) Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
d) Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
e) Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
f) Training and Development:
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
g) Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
h) Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
7) Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
8) Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
