Position Overview:
We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends in the Telecom sector, and providing actionable insights to support our consulting and strategic initiatives. Your role will require proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis and the ability to manage and report complex data effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Research: You will conduct in-depth analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data, industry trends, and telecom sector insights to support strategic initiatives. You will use various analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can shape telecom strategies and improve service offerings.
- Data Management and Reporting: You will manage and organize telecom data from multiple sources, ensuring it is accurate and compliant. Developing data models, cleansing datasets, and performing data manipulation to inform telecom decisions will be a key part of your role. Reporting and presenting the findings clearly will be essential to guide decision-making for telecom initiatives.
- Communication and Collaboration: You will prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate your research findings, industry insights, and recommendations. These insights will be shared with cross-functional teams to improve telecom strategies. Your communication should ensure the findings are easily understood and actionable.
- Industry Feedback and Insights: You will support gathering and analyzing telecom market feedback, identifying industry pain points, and uncovering areas of improvement. This will allow us to ensure a data-driven approach in decision-making for telecom-related initiatives.
- Support and Ad-hoc Requests: Provide support on ad-hoc research requests and quick-turnaround tasks for telecom-related inquiries or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in any industry, preferably in telecom or customer-facing roles.
- Prior experience in market research, management consulting, or telecom-related roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Notion, Canva, and WordPress is advantageous but not required.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of the telecom industry and trends.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong work ethic.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for solving challenges in the telecom industry.
- General knowledge and interest in telecom technologies, particularly as they relate to improving services and operational efficiencies.
- Resourcefulness in addressing industry pain points and delivering telecom-centric solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, ensuring that industry feedback and research are addressed effectively.
- Strong synthesis skills to turn research findings into key actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to explore new ideas for improving telecom services and strategies.
Compensation:
- Salary Range - 7 Lakhs to 9 Lakhs per annum
