Position

Marketing & Growth Specialist – Full-time (Remote)

Office Location - Srinagar, J&K


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Vynce Digital’s brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X (and others as needed).
  • Research competitor pricing and offerings to create attractive packages for international markets.
  • Create and execute lead generation strategies → LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, cold emails, and networking.
  • Run and optimize small-budget ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for lead generation.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to convert leads into clients.
  • Work with the Business Manager and Founder to plan client acquisition funnels and track performance.
  • Suggest new marketing opportunities (partnerships, collaborations, content ideas).


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or growth (agency/freelance experience preferred).
  • Strong written and spoken English skills for international communication.
  • Proven ability to generate leads (via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, or other channels).
  • Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Basic experience with paid ad campaigns (Google/Meta/LinkedIn).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SEO basics (keywords, on-page, content strategy).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).
  • Comfort using Canva/Figma for social creatives.
  • Prior experience pitching and closing B2B clients.
  • Knowledge of international client markets (US, UK, Middle East).
  • Located within a commutable distance to Srinagar, J&K.


Compensation

  • ₹18,000 – ₹24,000/month (Depends Upon Experience)
  • Additional performance-based incentives for every client acquisition
