For additional details, please refer our website – www.inditechvalves.comQualification- BE Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation - MBA will be additional bonus - If qualification is Diploma, then add 2 to 3 more years to experience required - Note: Exceptional candidates with export sales experience in industrial products may be considered even without a formal engineering degreeRelevant Industry- Valves / Actuators - Pumps / Compressors - Boilers / Turbines / Thermic Fluid Heaters / Hot Water Generators - Flow Control Equipment - Instrumentation – Gauges / Transmitters / Analyzers / Indicators / Recorders - Process Equipment - Heat Exhangers / Pressure Vessels / Dryers - Machinery - Steam Accessories / Piping / Fans / Blowers / Burners / Motors - Turnkey ProjectsDesired profile of the candidate- 6 to 8 years of proven expertise in international/export B2B Sales and Marketing, specifically in the industrial products sector - High ownership & self-drive - Confidence in handling price negotiations & customer objections - Basic Data Analysis & Reporting SkillsJob Description / Responsibilities- Generate and manage export enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants - Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions - Coordinate with Sales Coordination Team to ensure timely submission of export vendor registration documents - Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals - Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders - Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies - Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement - Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings - Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
